Research & Evaluation
I have worked for nearly 20 years in various roles with clients ranging from NHS orgnisations and Local Authorities, to Voluntary and Community Sector organisations. I have specialist knowledge in healthcare policy, practice and research with vulnerable groups, with specific expertise in long term conditions and patient centred integrated care. I use a range of research methods to produce high quality outputs which fit the needs of my clients. I pride myself on the impact of my work; my research and evaluation services have contributed to debate; improved and developed services; informed commissioning decisions, policy-making, and healthcare practice; and helped secure funding to sustain quality initiatives.
Research methods: Qualitative and quantitative methodology, including survey methods; observation techniques; in-depth interviewing; focus groups; and workshops with stakeholders across the health and social care system. Highly experienced in qualitative analysis, including thematic analysis; narrative analysis; grounded theory; and discourse analysis. Proficient in descriptive and inferential statistical analysis of outcome measures.

"Nahid's professional experience of delivering mental health support and research and consultancy with the charity sector has made her the ideal choice for supporting us with our Evaluation and Impact Report for the past two years. She is extremely professional and approachable. As a result of her work, we have much more detailed information about the outcomes we achieve for families and the impact of our support."
